Shipping Policy

  1. Order Processing Time

    All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In the event of a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

  2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or seasonal peaks.

  1. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours.

  2. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

    We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  3. Damages and Secure Packaging

    Our timepieces are thoroughly inspected and securely packaged in protective watch boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We recommend taking photos of the damaged packaging upon arrival.

  4. International Shipping Policy

    We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping typically takes 7–21 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary significantly depending on your local customs office.
